Lost Package Policy

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order:

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • To begin, email us for return authorization before shipping your return. Once approved, you'll receive full instructions.
  • Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Please retain tracking details for your return, as we cannot guarantee processing without proof of shipment.
Important Packaging Requirement

Do not ship shoes using only the manufacturer's box. Place it inside a separate shipping container. Returns shipped in shoe boxes alone may incur a restocking fee.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders of 10 or more units are subject to a 35% restocking fee if more than 20% of the order is returned.

Wholesale Program

The Wholesale Program does not accept returns.
