We are closed during most federal holidays in the United States.
- Do not include both a physical address and a PO Box. Orders containing both will ship to whichever appears first in the address line by default.
- Orders placed on weekends or after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
- Please review all order and shipping details carefully before submitting.
- All orders must include a secure shipping address to ensure delivery. See our Lost Package Policy for details.
- Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. If you need assistance, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Transit time begins after the carrier receives your package.

Lost Package Policy
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order:
- Check with neighbors or others at your address first. Packages are often recovered quickly.
- Once a carrier confirms delivery, customers must first work with the carrier to investigate potential misdelivery.
- If still missing, contact the carrier directly to open a claim:

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied in accordance with state regulations. It will be charged in most U.S. states except the following:
Returns & Exchange Policy
- If your gear isn't the right fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
- To begin, email us for return authorization before shipping your return. Once approved, you'll receive full instructions.
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Please retain tracking details for your return, as we cannot guarantee processing without proof of shipment.
Do not place shipping labels directly on the shoe box. Shoe boxes are considered part of the product packaging. Returns with damaged, taped, or labeled shoe boxes may be subject to a reduced refund or denial.
Bulk orders of 10 or more units are subject to a 35% restocking fee if more than 20% of the order is returned.
The Wholesale Program does not accept returns.
If exchanging an item, email us with the desired product or size. Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed promptly.
