Free ground shipping on orders of $120 or more within the continental United States. KickFly ships from the United States, and every order is tracked from our door to yours.
Shipping Costs
- Free ground shipping on orders of $120 or more, before tax, shipped to the continental United States.
- Orders under $120, and all orders shipped outside the continental United States, are charged calculated shipping shown at checkout before you pay.
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, Canada, and international destinations do not qualify for free shipping and may carry a surcharge.
- Expedited shipping shortens transit time only. It does not shorten the handling time below.
Order Processing
- Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. We are closed on most U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed on a weekend, on a holiday, or after 2:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing the next business day.
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted, except where local law provides otherwise. Please review your shipping address before you check out.
Handling Time
Handling time is how long we need to prepare and release your order. It is separate from the transit times below.
- Under Armour: 1 to 3 business days
- adidas: 3 to 6 business days
- Custom and team uniform orders: 2 to 3 weeks after design approval
Orders containing items from more than one brand ship on the longest handling time in the order.
Delivery Estimates
Transit time begins once handling is complete. Most continental U.S. orders arrive within 6 to 16 business days from the day you order, depending on brand.
